1. General Provisions

vb8bdt is an online betting and casino platform that provides sports betting, slots, live casino and other gaming services for users in Bangladesh. These Terms apply to all users — whether members or casual visitors.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Providing Accurate Information

All information provided during registration — name, date of birth, mobile number and payment details — must be complete, accurate and up to date. Providing false information may result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3.3 Single Account Policy

If a person is found to hold multiple accounts, it will be treated as fraudulent activity. All associated accounts will be closed and any earned bonuses and winnings may be forfeited.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500; or depositing ৳12,000 earns the maximum ৳8,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳20,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus and all other bonuses. This means you must wager a total amount equal to 15 times the bonus amount before a withdrawal becomes possible.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period — if the wagering requirement is not completed within the time limit, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Generally, another bonus cannot be applied while one bonus is already active.
• Bonuses can only be used within the vb8bdt account — they cannot be withdrawn as cash directly.
• Only one bonus applies per household, device or IP address.
• If evidence of fraudulent bonus claiming is found, the account may be closed and funds forfeited.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled. vb8bdt reserves the right to cancel bets in cases of technical errors, incorrect odds publication or obvious pricing errors.

6.2 Event Cancellation

If a sporting event (such as a BPL, IPL or T20 match) is cancelled or postponed, the related bets are generally treated as void and the stake is refunded. However, different rules may apply depending on the type and circumstances of the event.

6.3 Game Results

Slot and casino game results are determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. The game provider's software record is final — if an incorrect result is displayed due to a technical error, the result held on the server will apply.

6.4 Responsible Betting Limits

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure or legal action:

• Arbitrage betting, bonus milking or exploiting the system through any other means.
• Placing bets or playing games using any bot, script or automated software.
• Chargeback fraud or using unauthorized payment methods.
• Falsifying account information or payment details, or providing false information.
• Attempting to access another member's account or conducting hacking on the system.
• Using the platform to launder money or conceal the source of illegal funds.
• Operating multiple accounts within the same household or network.

8. Limitation of Liability

vb8bdt is not liable for any loss in the following circumstances:

• If a bet or game session is interrupted due to internet disconnection or device failure.
• For delays or errors caused by third parties (game providers, payment processors).
• If the service is disrupted by events beyond our control such as natural disasters, server outages or cyber attacks.
• Any loss arising from failure to secure your account login credentials.

vb8bdt always endeavors to restore service within a reasonable time and, in the event of a serious outage, appropriate compensation for affected members is considered.

9. Account Closure and Suspension

9.1 Closure at the Member's Request

Any member may request closure of their account at any time through 24/7 live chat. All pending bets will be settled and any withdrawable balance will be returned before the account is closed.

9.2 Closure at the Platform's Initiative

vb8bdt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

• Serious breach of these Terms.
• False or incomplete registration information.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Direction from a regulatory or legal authority.
• In the interest of the member's protection — particularly in cases of responsible gaming concern.

9.3 Inactive Accounts

An account will be considered inactive if there has been no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months. A maintenance fee may apply to the balance held in an inactive account — the member will be notified by email before the balance reaches zero.

10. Privacy Policy

The manner in which your personal information is collected, stored and used is described in detail in our separate Privacy Policy document. By accepting these Terms, you are also deemed to have agreed to the Privacy Policy.

vb8bdt does not sell your personal information to any third party. However, necessary information may be shared with payment processors and game providers required for operating the service — in such cases, all partners use SSL encryption and are committed to data protection.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the vb8bdt platform — logos, designs, software, text, graphics and audio-visual elements — is the intellectual property of vb8bdt or its licensors.
